The automatic carton sealing machine MT 5001, using gummed tape, were developed to provide maximum security against tampering, making any attempt to open the carton immediately visible and irreversible.

In the MT 5001, activation of the gummed tape adhesive is performed through precise humidity and temperature controls, adjusted directly in the machine system programming, ensuring optimal adhesion and a high sealing standard.

In MT 5001, seal the carton by applying tape to the central area, both on the top and bottom. This process is carried out by two synchronized heads, ensuring uniform, strong, and highly reliable sealing.

The MT 5001 (gummed tape) project was designed with a modular approach, allowing, through the acquisition of the MT 5002 (plastic tape) heads, the use of both sealing systems on the same machine, ensuring greater operational versatility and improved return on investment for the customer.
