The MT 105 machine was specifically designed to operate with high-top boots up to 42 cm in height.
Its innovative HVA (High Velocity Air) process uses high-speed air directed straight to the base of the footwear to eliminate the tensions generated during assembly, maintaining the new three-dimensional shape after demolding.
The combination of high-speed air, with or without temperature and humidity control, enables efficient energy transfer to the upper, lining, and heel counter of the footwear. This process ensures a flawless sealing of the upper on the last, delivering a high-quality finish.
The MT 105 can be used for both boots and conventional footwear.
