The MT 109 was designed as a conveyor module for drying the adhesive applied to the product. Its air circulation and renewal system, combined with a set of resistors, provides exceptional results in the drying process.
Ventilation, performed by coolers, ensures uniform distribution of hot air inside the equipment, optimizing heat recovery throughout the system. The structure was developed to promote high air circulation, ensuring homogeneous heat distribution and superior performance.
Furthermore, the precise temperature control ensures an efficient and consistent drying process. The ventilation and temperature control system uses PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) technology, which regulates and modulates the power of the resistors, increasing energy efficiency and reducing power consumption.
