The MT 142 was developed to heat the fibers of materials with steam, promoting their relaxation to prevent the breaking of the grain (the outer layer of leather, which displays the characteristics of the skin, such as the typical pores of each animal).
This process reduces energy consumption, prevents excess heat in the work environment, eliminates steam waste, and facilitates the assembly and modeling of footwear, ensuring higher quality and precision in manufacturing.
Equipment Features:
- Resistors injected directly into the steam block, ensuring greater thermal efficiency.
- Intermittent resistors, adjusted according to the programmed temperature, optimizing heating control.
- Wheels for easy movement and adaptation of the equipment in the work environment, providing mobility and practicality.
- Advanced control via PLC, with customizable programming parameters for total process control, including:
- Independent temperature control for each steam outlet.
- Individual vaporization time control for each steam outlet.
- Independent activation for each steam outlet.
- Separate control of water on/off time for each steam generator.
- Precise temperature hysteresis adjustment.
- Independent enabling or disabling for each vaporizer.
- Totalizing hour meter that monitors the total usage time of the equipment.
Differentiators:
- Four independent steam outlets, offering greater flexibility in the process.
- Efficient internal insulation, preventing heat exchange with the external environment and optimizing energy consumption.
- Low energy consumption, without the need for a boiler.
